The hotel restaurant offers dining in a candlelit,
vaulted, wood panelled room, with relaxed and informed atmosphere.
With fresh Carradale landed seafood (langoustines,
scallops, turbot, hake and monkfish to name just a few), Argyll lamb,
Carradale Wild Venison and local game being our speciality, we aim
to
offer Scottish cuisine
with a modern twist, backed up with attentive service and an extensive
wine list, specialising in new world wines. The restaurant menu
is updated daily so you never have to worry about finding something
new to temp you.
Relax after dinner in front of the open fire in
the lounge with a coffee and a single malt. The lounge is also ideal
for those few rainy days we get (!) with its large collection of
books and marble chess table, it offers the ideal spot to curl up
with a good book and 'chill-out'.
