Is parking available?

We have a private car park at the back on the building. Please note that cars left in our car park are left at your own risk.

 

When can I check in/out?

Check in time 4pm to 9pm unless prior arrangement. Check out time is between 8am and 10am unless prior arrangement.

 

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes Credit Cards & Debit Cards accepted. Please note we do not accept American Express.

 

Cancellation

Please contact us directly for our cancellation policy.

It is recommended that you take out travel insurance which provides for cancellation cover.

 

Damage, Breakages and Smoking

We reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages caused and/or for any items discovered missing upon departure. In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge this amount to the debit/credit card used to secure the booking. If the damage/breakages are discovered after you depart, you will be notified of any charges in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable, to be settled by return of post. We reserve the right to ask guest who smoke anywhere within the hotel to leave immediately. We are a strictly non-smoking establishment and you will be liable for any associated costs we incur if you are found to be smoking on the premises. In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge this amount to the debit/ credit card used to secure the booking. If evidence of smoking is discovered after you depart, you will be notified of any charges in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable, to be settled by return of post.

 

Pets

We welcome well-behaved pets by prior arrangement. Pets are charged at £10 per night per dog up to a maximum of £40

This is to cover any additional cleaning. Should we feel a deep clean is needed, or any damage is made to the room, this will be discussed with yourself and charged accordingly. Strictly pets are not permitted to be left in rooms unattended and must not be on guest beds or bedding. You will be liable for any associated costs we incur for any damage done by any animal or additional cleaning and laundering.

Our Liability

We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or injury to you (or other members of your party) whilst on our premises unless caused by the negligence of us, or our employees.
